JUST WING IT ™, a chicken wings fast casual diner, blew open its doors in southwest Bakersfield in the Palms commercial center on 8th March, 2008. The place is located on the Panama Lane and Stine Rd intersection across from the new Costco.

The wings place has been a great success with the local residents and businesses. Everyone from kids to adults in the neighborhood is talking about the crispy on the outside and soft on the inside chicken wings smothered with the hot and spicy wing sauces. 
 
The owners of Just Wing It ™ are certain that in a short time Just Wing It ™ would become the favorite choice of KernCounty for hot and spicy chicken wings. The Dead Man Walking wings are considered to be the hottest in town and on the planet. The ticket is on Just Wing It ™ if you can eat 12 Dead Man Walking wings in under 10 minutes. The owners tell us that few daring individuals have taken the challenge, but no success yet. The challenge takes place between 6-8 p.m. every Wednesday. The Dead Man Walking wings served during the challenge are hotter than the usual servings during any other hours. The challenger has to sign a waiver to participate in the event.
 
Just Wing It menu includes appetizers, side orders, wraps and salad to go with wings.  The Just Wing It ™ Wraps served with your choice of wing sauce are also a hit with the customers. Also available is the domestic, international and micro brews on tap and in bottles. The restaurant has 4 flat screens to enjoy games with family and friends.
 
A lot of their business comes from take-out and catering orders. Just Wing It ™ also offers delivery and the owners are certain that the delivery business will pick-up after the marketing campaign starts.  Just Wing It ™ is the only place in town that offers delivery.
